What we receive

PMDD Circle only receives the information you voluntarily send by email, such as your name, email address, general location, interests, or message.

What we do not ask for

Please do not send detailed medical history, diagnosis details, treatment plans, crisis information, or other sensitive health records through this site.

How email may be used

We may use your email to reply, share PMDD Circle updates, provide community information, or discuss partnership opportunities. You can ask to be removed from future updates at any time.

Sharing and selling

PMDD Circle does not sell personal information. We do not share your contact information with outside partners for their own marketing.

Peer support boundary

PMDD Circle is a peer support and community resource. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact emergency services or a local crisis line.
