How we care for one another

Share from your own experience

Your story matters. Speak from what you have lived, noticed, tried, or needed. Please do not tell another member what she must do medically.

Protect privacy

Use a display name or pseudonym if that feels safer. Do not share someone else’s private messages, screenshots, workplace details, identity, or medical information.

No shame or dismissal

PMDD can affect mood, relationships, work, parenting, sleep, and daily life. Members deserve to be believed and met with care, not minimized or blamed.

Keep advice gentle and non-clinical

It is okay to share resources and questions that helped you talk with a clinician. It is not okay to diagnose, prescribe, pressure, or give treatment instructions.

Use crisis support when safety is at risk

Peer support can help with loneliness, but it cannot provide emergency care. If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself, contact emergency services or a local crisis line now.

Report concerns

If a post feels unsafe, shaming, exploitative, or outside these guidelines, use the report option. Reporting helps protect the circle.
