About PMDD Circle
PMDD Circle is a welcoming peer support community created for women living with premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Our mission is to help every woman feel seen, heard, and supported through every phase of her journey.
Why “Circle”?
The word “circle” reflects connection, trust, and shared experience. It represents a space where women can come together as equals, support one another, and feel safe being honest about what they are carrying. A circle is warm, inclusive, and grounded in community. It reminds us that healing often begins when we feel understood.
No one has to go through PMDD alone.
