What helps you feel less alone during luteal?

Some months the hardest part is not only the symptoms. It is feeling like nobody around you understands how quickly everything can change. What helps you feel connected during the luteal phase, even in a small way? It could be a text you send, a routine, a phrase, a comfort show, or a person who knows how to check in without trying to fix everything.

I tell one close friend what week I am in before it gets bad. Just saying it out loud makes me feel less afraid of myself.

I keep a note in my phone that says, “This has a beginning and an end.” It does not fix PMDD, but it helps me remember the dark cloud is part of a cycle.
